This page is for California residents and others with similar rights under state privacy laws. It explains how CreditGod LLC handles "sale" and "share" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.
1. Our practices
We do not sell personal information for money.
Marketing technologies such as the Meta Pixel could be considered a "sale" or "share" (for cross-context behavioral advertising) under California law. They are off by default and load only if you allow Marketing in Cookie settings.
We do not have actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of consumers under 16.
3. How to opt out
Email privacy@creditgod.ai with subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and your name and California residence confirmation. We will process requests in accordance with CPRA timelines.
Use "Cookie settings" in the footer and leave Marketing off (or turn it off). We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing: Marketing stays off while the signal is present.
Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.
4. Limit use of sensitive personal information
Credit and identity data are used to provide the services you request (verification, reports, disputes, Boost Line, security). You may request limits on use of sensitive personal information for non-exempt purposes by contacting privacy@creditgod.ai.
5. Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising CPRA rights, subject to permitted differences in price or service that are reasonably related to value.
